A Lowcountry Story
Carolina Construction of Charleston is owned and operated by LT Phillips, a longtime Lowcountry resident and Licensed General Contractor. LT knew he liked construction from a young age and got started with on-the-job training shortly after highschool. After building his hands-on knowledge for many years, he studied at Trident Technical College, where he completed the Construction Management Certificate in 2016. Then he returned and earned a degree in Civil Engineering in 2020. This has allowed him to pair 15 years of experience with knowledge of new techniques and standards in modern construction.
